Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

TLN has negotiated group discount pricing for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) from Encompass / All One Health. EAP's are designed to be a resource for employees. This supplemental benefit provides access to services such as mental health counseling, work/life resources, legal/financial resources, and more. Libraries statewide can inquire with their library cooperative about participating in this reduced cost service.

TLN Libraries

Through joint contracting TLN libraries have been able to cover hundreds of employees with the Encompass EAP services offered to our members. TLN employees are covered by the services as well. Please contact us for more information.

Other Michigan Libraries

Other libraries statewide can inquire with their library cooperative about participating in this reduced cost service. Cooperatives must sign up a minimum number of individuals for coverage at the negotiated reduced rate. Please contact us for more information.
