Library discounts are provided for physical circuit (fiber) and internet bandwidth. TLN network technicians support the router and monitor connectivity.
Hosted Services
TLN hosts library websites and email accounts through a third-party vendor. TLN hosts SAM (Smart Access Manager) for TLN Shared Automation System libraries.
Procurement
Volume discount purchase opportunities are available throughout the year for a variety of technology hardware and software products. See the volume discount list located on the Statewide Discounts section in the Services area of the TLN

PC Support
Support packages are available with a prepaid contract for TLN technicians to support library computers, printers, upgrades, computer imaging, hardware and software support, equipment installation and troubleshooting. Hourly support is
also available.
Network Support
Support packages are available with a prepaid contract for TLN technicians to support library routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and wireless networks. Hourly support is also available. We also provide network audits and network consulting
services.
Remote PC Support
Remote access support is available to all TLN member libraries for a TLN support fee. A TLN technician can assist and troubleshoot any PC-based issues over the Internet using this service. If you have been instructed by a TLN technician
