Royal Oak Public Library Goes Live on CARL Acquisitions

Royal Oak Public Library (ROAK), part of the TLN Shared Automation System, went live with CARL Acquisitions today, Thursday, July 7, as scheduled. July 1 was the beginning of their new fiscal year and this new change will allow them to have their ordering from Ingram load directly into their library catalog system.

So far, so good. The library was able to create 17 order files on go live day. All 17 files downloaded successfully from Ingram to Carl. TLN will verify that all files went to Ingram via the Carl EDI orders report that will run early in the morning.
