The Library Network (TLN) is the largest library cooperative in Michigan. We offer a variety of services to our member libraries as well as other libraries throughout the state of Michigan. We work to maximize the use of state funding for library
services to Michigan residents and visitors through innovative collaboration and resource sharing.
TLN will provide leadership at both the cooperative and statewide levels to foster collaboration for delivery of equitable services and access to libraries in Michigan. We reflect the diversity of the membership we serve and strive to realize
an equitable organization. We want member libraries and employees to feel connected to one another and to the mission of TLN through open communication and inclusive engagement in defining our work together.

The Library Network believes libraries are about Access, Respect, and Belonging. Our work looks to provide Solutions to build a supportive community through our network of libraries, using a lens of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). To learn
more about this framework and the actions we are taking to ensure that everyone we serve– from TLN and library employees to patrons and community members– feels validated, important and included, please check out the "living document" linked

The Library Network (TLN) is the largest of Michigan's eleven library cooperatives. The cooperatives are established by state law as the legislature's mechanism for providing state funds to libraries as a supplement to local library funding. State
law requires library cooperatives to file a plan for library services describing the services offered to libraries in a cooperative.

The Library Network (TLN) Board has established the Library Equity Access Fund (LEAF) to provide financial assistance to one or more member libraries each year to further equitable access to resources through the cooperative.
The LEAF provides opportunities to member libraries that need funding to participate in TLN initiatives, projects, services, and programs.
